C.A. Cerro

Club Atlético Cerro, usually known simply as Cerro is an Uruguayan football club based in Montevideo.

Until the club’s relegation in 1997 (due to points reduction), Cerro being a medium sized Uruguayan club was the only one among that group and the smaller clubs never to have been relegated. In 2006, Cerro were relegated again, following another points reduction.
